Is this an abscessed tooth? please help.?

My tooth shows all the symptoms of an abscess, i have pain when i chew and brunx, and i even feel a pulse in the tooth, there is no real swelling, and no bubble in my gums. so is this an infection/abscess? can it be an abscess if there is no bubble? and i go to see the dentist in like four days can ...
